This tool is intended to assist planners and decision makers in assessing the readiness of country/region for planning and implementing ICT-related interventions in education.
The information generated in this Tool will be used as a major input into:
- Identifying and analyzing the potential areas for ict interventions in education (Tool 2.1)
- Formulating and assessing ICT-in-Education policies (Tool 2.2)
- Informing the process of planning for implementation (Toolbox 3, Toolbox 4, and Toolbox 5).
