• Download the forms and send them the designated experts as email attachments
• Authorize the experts to access the Tool and apply it as necessary

Step 1. Review of Need and Options

To formulate adequate plans, the Team needs to review first the following information.

Next, the Team determines hardware requirements for each institution served by the proposed ICT program.
