The Facilitation Team may need to solicit the help of experts in this field as it applies this part of the Tool. This can be done in one of two ways:

• Authorize the experts to access the Tool and apply it as necessary

To formulate adequate plans, the Team needs to review first the following information.

Next, the Team determines hardware requirements for each institution served by the proposed ICT program.
