The Facilitation Team may need to solicit the help of experts in this field as it applies to this part of the Tool. This can be done in one of two ways:

To formulate adequate plans, the Team needs to review first the following information.

Next, the Team determines hardware requirements for each institution served by the proposed ICT program.
