Identification of targeted areas for possible ICT interventions can be only achieved through dialogue/negotiations among planners in light of the application of Tools 1.1 - 1.4 (Mapping the Present Situation) and the information presented in Reference Handbook (ICT-in-Education Essentials.)

The following sequential steps assist the Team in synthesizing these inputs, prioritizing educational goals and plans, and ultimately arriving at a narrowed down set of areas for possible ICT interventions.

  • Step 2. Revising Educational Priority Lists in Light of Educational Goals and Plans
