- Operating system (OS) software for client and server computers;
- Basic computer application software, including software for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and graphics.

The Facilitation Team may need to solicit the help of experts in this field as it applies this part of the Tool. This can be done in one of two ways:
- Download the FORMs and send them the designated experts as email attachments
- Authorize the experts to access the Tool and apply it as necessary
