Step 1. Review of Need and Options

To formulate adequate plans, the Team needs to review first the following information.

• Hardware needs – retrieving and reviewing "ICT Policy Program Decision" - Filing Cabinet – Tool 2.2.

Step 2. Determination of Requirements

Next, the Team determines hardware requirements for each institution served by the proposed ICT program.
