This Toolbox provides a set of four tools to be used for analyzing the different facets of the present national and educational situations in order to map out the context within which the potential use of ICTs for education is contemplated, formulated and planned for.
The information collected and generated in this Toolbox will be used as a major input into the process of identification and analysis of potential areas for ICT interventions in education (Tool 2.1) and the formulation and assessment of ICT-in-Education policies (Tool 2.2.)
